Cisco sees shift from chatbots to AI agents, expects faster enterprise adoption


Cisco said it has already built products using AI and plans to launch more. The company said AI will change engineering roles by increasing focus on design and review rather than coding. It also said companies must build safety guardrails as AI systems begin taking actions instead of only providing answers.
